Japan Airlines "JAL" Halal Menu

​For people with dietary restrictions due to health or religion, JAL provides a wide selection of tempting, customized meals.

The lineup includes not only religious meals but also vegetarian and vegan meals, seafood meals, allergen-free meals, dietary meals, baby foods, and meals for children of different ages. The meals on the menu will be served on flights departing from Japan (Haneda and Narita Airports). 

If you are flying with JAL, feel free to let them know about your dietary restrictions. You can request a special meal by phone up to 25 hours before your departure via the JAL website, and 24 hours before your departure via phone or mail.

For ordering through the website, visit the JAL website and click the "Service Selection (Seat/Meal)" button for your flight on the Booking Details screen. Meals may be ordered on the "Optional Service" screen when booking a new ticket.

The first Muslim meal consist of:

• Spicy chicken rice
• Boiled Vegetables - Zucchini Green beans Carrots
• Mozzarella Cheese Tomatoes Basil Lemon Macedoan Salad
• Marinated Vegetables With Apple Cider Vinegar
• Butter Roll
• Margarine
• Yuzu Sorbet

The second Muslim meal consist of:

• Hamburg Steak and Penne With Vegetable Sauce
• Red Bell Pepper Cucumber Mini-tomato Lemon Lettuce
• Ratatouille With Endives And Ripe Olives
• Marinated Mushrooms With Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Greens
• Assorted Fruits
• Butter Roll
• Margarine
