Vinegar

Basically vinegar is a dilute solution of acetic acid obtained by fermentation beyond the alcohol stage. The "alcohol" indicated on the label does not mean alcohol is added to the product as in case of Miso or Soy sauce which is split finally. Therefore, products with indication alcohol and the one without indication as follows are the same.
