For a first trip, we recommend a stay of at least 10 to 14 nights to discover the main cities and sites of the country, such as Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Hiroshima. To explore Japan in more depth and discover the beauty of its islands, countryside, and mountains, it is best to stay for 3 to 4 weeks.
HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR

  1. Choose the tour of your choice, your departure date and indicate the number of participants. Several options are available to you.
  2. Pay a deposit of 35% of the total amount* online and confirm your reservation.
  3. You will then receive an e-mail confirming the conditions of your registration.
  4. Book your flight ticket, either with Japan Experience or by yourself (taking into account the necessary schedules for your tour)
  5. One month before departure, settle the balance of your booking.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SEE THE CHERRYBLOSSOM? AND THE AUTUMN LEAVES?
​Recommended dates for seeing the spring flowers:
  • Plum blossoms: mid-February to mid-March
  • Cherry blossoms (Sakura): between 20 March and 15 April (dates vary from year to year)
  • Wisteria, iris, azaleas: mid-April to end of May
  • Hydrangeas: June
  • Lotus flowers: August

Recommended dates outside of spring :

​Once you book the tour, we contact you and ask for further information, such as food dietary requirements, allergies, etc. This is done to ensure that we can accommodate your needs and preferences during the trip. Providing this information in advance helps us make the necessary arrangements and guarantees a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for you.

So, please let us know when we contact you if you want vegetarian, vegan, or halal food to be served during your tour, for example.
Are hotels Muslim friendly?
​It is important to note that while efforts will be made to accommodate Muslim-friendly hotels, availability cannot be guaranteed. However, rest assured that alternative arrangements will be made to ensure a comfortable stay for all travelers.

Hotels are selected among 3- and 4-star hotels. According to the timing of the tour, if Muslim-friendly hotels are not available for reservation, other hotels will be booked. So, please carry your prayer mat, compass, and other necessary things you need with you.
